Tehnologii ultraacustice de investigare sunt pe larg utilizate in laboratoarele de cercetare si in fabrici pentru controlul produselor pe liniile tehnologice. Aceasta tehnologii pot fi folosite pentru determinarea: grosimilor, formei geometrice, fisurilor, golurilor, porilor, incluziunilor de zgura, tuturor defectelor ascunse de ochiul uman in controlul cu ultrasunete al pieselor. S-a demonstrat ca costurile unui astfel de control sunt relativ mici si timp redus de pregătire in fluxul tehnologic de producere.
Ultrasonic investigation technologies are widely used in research laboratories around the world and in factories for product control on technological lines. This technique can be used to determine follow characteristics: thicknesses, geometric shape, cracks, pores, slag inclusions, of all defects hidden from the human eye. It has been demonstrated that the costs of such testing are relatively low and the time of preparation in the technological flow of production is reduced.
