Abstract:
The investigations were carried out on grape rootstock varieties B×R 5BB, B×R SO4 (Vitis berlandieri × Vitis riparia), R×R 101-14 (Vitis riparia × Vitis rupestris) and 44-53 M (Vitis riparia × 144M (Vitis cordifolia × Vitis rupestris)), and grafted on their table grape varieties, originating from different ecological and geographical zones: Loose Perlette and Summer Muscat (hybrids between varieties of the Euro-Asian species Vitis vinifera L.), Monukka (representative of the eastern varieties Convar orientalis Negr .), Italia (representative of the northern Africa varieties Convar nord Africa Gram.). It is established, that isoenzymes spectrum of peroxidase in the leaf tissues on rootstock varieties varies, depending on their genetic origin. At grafting scion varieties on different rootstocks in the leaf tissues is observed the activity of isoenzymes in the spectral zones characteristic for the rootstock varieties.
