Abstract

The article examines the relationship between the competence of human resources and the competitiveness of a transport company. At the present stage of economic development, when science and technology are improving, the role of personnel has a huge impact on most of the competitiveness of a transport company. Even those internal factors that, at first glance, have nothing to do with personnel training, being analyzed in detail, have a component that depends on human education.
