Managementul costurilor la obiectele social-culturale

Abstract

Scopul tеzei de master constă în studiul costurilor în construcțiile social-culturale din țara noastră, abordarea strategică și tactică în gestionarea proiеctelor din această industrie, dezvoltarea insfrastructurii și sistemului urban, dar și eficientizarea costurilor prin minimizarea riscurilor și îmbunătățirea execuției lucrărilor de construcție. Studiul de caz a remarcat necesitatea de a aplica princiipile de gestionarea a proiectelor de construcții, elucidînd soluții specifice obiectului descris și a finalizat cercetarea prin evidențierea totalului costului general, precum devizele pe obiecte, devizele locale și calculele pe tipuri de cheltuieli aplicate investiției obiectului construit.

The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the costs in social-cultural constructions in our country, the strategic and tactical approach to project management in this industry, the development of infrastructure and the urban system, as well as cost efficiency by minimizing risks and improving the execution of construction works. The case study noted the need to apply the principles of construction project management, elucidating solutions specific to the object described and completed the research by highlighting the total general cost, such as estimates per object, local estimates and calculations by type of expenses applied to the investment of the constructed object.
