Abstract

The influence of modern information technologies increasing in all spheres of knowledge leads to changing of technological paradigms, transform traditional methods and techniques, including change of informational products and library services. In these circumstances, librarians must become more active in the field of technological innovations and use all opportunities of technology transfer. The article describes the main characteristics, objectives of technological transfer, forms, conditions and steps to achieve TT in library activity.
