Abstract

Scopul și obiectivele proiectului: Este analiza și perfecționarea sistem de motivare a personalului din SRL Regis Agro. Pentru a atinge acest scop, pe parcursul studiului au fost rezolvate: documentarea cu privire la bazele teoretice ale formării unui sistem de motivare la întreprindere; studierea structurii, calității și indicatorilor cheie de performanță a personalului SRL Regis Agro; analiza analiza economico-financiară și a sistemul de motivare care funcționează în SRL Regis Agro; formularea recomandărilor privind formarea unui sistem de motivare pentru personalul SRL Regis Agro. Importanța teoretică și valoarea aplicativă a proiectului. Proiectul privind perfecționarea procesului de motivare în întreprindere are o importanță teoretică în dezvoltarea cunoștințelor și în integrarea teoriilor existente, contribuind la înțelegerea complexă a motivării în cadrul organizațiilor. The purpose and objectives of the project. It is the analysis and improvement of the staff motivation system of SRL Regis Agro. In order to achieve this goal, the following objectives were solved during the study: documentation regarding the theoretical bases of the formation of a motivation system at the enterprise; studying the structure, quality and key performance indicators of Regis Agro SRL staff; analysis of the economic-financial analysis and the motivation system that works in SRL Regis Agro; formulation of recommendations regarding the formation of a motivation system for the staff of SRL Regis Agro. The project on improving the process of motivation in the enterprise has a theoretical importance in the development of knowledge and in the integration of existing theories, contributing to the complex understanding of motivation within organizations.
