The work is made up of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, references, a bibliography and an appendix. The subject of the search represents "SСАНЕXРЕRT" SRL. The basis of the present study is the evaluation of the way of carrying out the activity in accordance with the economic, social and environmental sustainability of the analyzed "SСАНЕXРЕ". RT" SRL. In the framework of the thesis, the general methods of resolution and systematization were used, in summary: analysis, synthesis, SWOT analysis, statistical method of data resolution, etc. Chapter one of the present review addresses the fundamental issues of: essence, tasks and objectives, functions, etc. reviewing the theoretical bases of sustainable development. In the second column, the information about the company "SСАНЕXРЕРТ" SRL analysis of the financial performance and the results obtained within the analyzed period is presented. The results of the assessment of the staff's rotential served as a basis for the identification of the gaps and the continued development of the directions for improving the staff's rotential.
