Evaluarea și modalități de îmbunătățire a performanțelor financiare ale întreprinderii

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: Evidențierea importanței evaluării nivelului performanțelor financiare atinse de către întreprindere, stabilirea sistemului distinctiv al indicatorilor financiari utilizat, evaluarea rezultatelor și prezentarea propunerilor de îmbunătățire ale acestora. Structura tezei de master: Lucrarea este structurată în introducere, 3 capitole, concluzie, bibliografie, 34 figuri, 32 tabele structurate în 76 pagini text și 12 anexe. Prezentarea succintă a temei, evidențierea actualității și obiectivele urmărite de către autor sunt descrise în introducere. Capitolul 1 “Examinarea considerentelor teoretice cu privire la performanțele financiare ale întreprinderii” cuprinde baza teoretică a lucrării, prezentând conceptele, ideile de start cu privire la performanțele financaire ale întreprinderii, precum și descrie principalele instrumente și metode utilizate în aprecierea acesteea. Capitolul 2 “Diagnoza financiară a întreprinderii Valenagro Com S.R.L.” conține aprecierea tendinței de dezvoltare a economiei Republicii Moldova, caracteristica ramurei agricole și analiza financiară a companiei “Valenagro Com” S.R.L prin prisma indicatorilor menționați în baza teoretică. Capitolul 3 “Sporirea performațelor financiare ale întreprinderii Valenagro Com S.R.L” include propuneri de sporire a performanțelor financiare în eliminarea stărilor de incertitudine menționate în capitolul anterior. Utilizarea metodei Analytic Hierarchy Process demonstrează modalitatea de argumentare a deciziei în vederea îmbunătățirii performanțelor financiare ale întreprinderii. Se apreciază rolul stimulatoriu al statului asupra activității întreprinderii “Valenagro Com” S.R.L. În sfârșit, ideile expuse sunt sintetizate și menționate în concluzii, prezentând reuzltatul lucrării de master de față.

The purpose of the paper: Highlighting the importance of evaluating the level of financial performance achieved by the company, establishing the distinctive system of financial indicators used, evaluating the results and presenting proposals for their improvement. The structure of the master's thesis: The work is structured in the introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, bibliography, 34 figures, 32 tables structured in 76 text pages and 12 annexes. The brief presentation of the theme, the highlighting of the actuality and the objectives pursued by the author are described in the introduction. Chapter 1 “Examination of theoretical considerations regarding the financial performance of the enterprise” includes the theoretical basis of the work, presenting the concepts, starting ideas regarding the financial performance of the enterprise, as well as describing the main tools and methods used in its assessment. Chapter 2 “Financial diagnosis of the enterprise Valenagro Com S.R.L.” contains the assessment of the development trend of the economy of the Republic of Moldova, the characteristic of the agricultural branch and the financial analysis of the company "Valenagro Com" S.R.L through the prism of the indicators mentioned in the theoretical basis. Chapter 3 “Increasing the financial performance of Valenagro Com S.R.L.” includes proposals for increasing financial performance in eliminating the states of uncertainty mentioned in the previous chapter. The use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process method demonstrates the way to argue the decision in order to improve the company's financial performance. The stimulatory role of the state on the activity of “Valenagro Com” S.R.L. is appreciated. Finally, the presented ideas are synthesized and mentioned in the conclusions, presenting the results of the current master's thesis.
