Implementarea cerințelor minime de securitate cibernetică pentru colaboratorii Academiei de Poliție ,,Ștefan cel Mare”

Abstract

Scopul lucrării îl reprezintă cercetarea aspectelor teoretice și practice privind implimentarea cerințelor minime de securitate cibernetică pentru colaboratorii Academiei de Poliție ,,Ștefan cel Mare”. Obiectivele lucrării: 1. Prezentarea conceptului de securitate cibernetică, protecia datelor și atacuri cibernetice; 2. Cercetarea aspectelor privind implimentarea cerințelor minime de securitate cibernetică; 3. Implimentarea cerințelor minime de securitate cibernetică pentru colaboratorii Academiei de Poliție ,,Ștefan cel Mare”; 4. Direcții de optimizare a securității cibernetice în utilizarea unui calculator de către colaboratorii Academiei de Poliție ,,Ștefan cel Mare”. 5. Amenințări și sugestii de îmbunătățire a securității cibernetice a funcționarilor publici ai Academiei de Poliție ,,Ștefan cel Mare”; 6. Elaborarea concluziilor și recomandărilor privind tema investigată. Noutatea și originalitatea științifică. Noutatea tezei rezidă în compexitatea studiului realizat ce oferă recomandări viabile privind implimentarea cerințelor minime de securitate cibernetică, în cadrul unei instituții, recomandări ce pot fi implimentate cu succes în practică. Importanța teoretică a lucrării constă în prezentarea unui vast material științific, acumulat în procesul studiului privind securitatea cibernetică, cercetarea desfășurată contribuie la îmbogățirea doctrinei în domeniu. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării rezidă în recomandările elaborate, ce pot fi aplicate în practică. Aplicabilitatea cercetării date rezidă în recomandările prezentate în cadrul tezei care pot constitui o veritabilă bază aplicativă în activitatea de asigurare și implimentare a securității cibernetice.

The purpose of the paper is to research the theoretical and practical aspects regarding the implementation of the minimum cyber security requirements for the employees of the "Ștefan cel Mare" Police Academy. Objectives of the work: 1. Presentation of the concept of cyber security, data protection and cyber attacks; 2. Researching aspects regarding the implementation of minimum cyber security requirements; 3. Implementation of the minimum cyber security requirements for the collaborators of the "Ștefan cel Mare" Police Academy; 4. Directions for optimizing cyber security in the use of a computer by the collaborators of the "Ștefan cel Mare" Police Academy. 5. Threats and suggestions for improving the cyber security of civil servants of the "Ștefan cel Mare" Police Academy; 6. Elaboration of conclusions and recommendations regarding the investigated topic. Scientific novelty and originality. The novelty of the thesis resides in the compactness of the study carried out, which offers viable recommendations regarding the implementation of minimum cyber security requirements within an institution, recommendations that can be successfully implemented in practice. The theoretical importance of the work consists in the presentation of a vast scientific material, accumulated in the process of the study on cyber security, the conducted research contributes to the enrichment of the doctrine in the field. The applicative value of the work resides in the elaborated recommendations, which can be applied in practice. The applicability of the given research resides in the recommendations presented in the thesis that can constitute a true application base in the activity of ensuring and implementing cyber security.
