Executarea lucrărilor cadastrale de delimitare masivă a bunurilor imobile proprietate publică, satul Hăsnășenii Noi, raionul Drochia

Abstract

Această lucrare constituie o cercetare teoretică și practică pe baza unor materiale reale și precise, a procedurii de realizare a lucrărilor de delimitare masivă a proprietății publice din hotarele satului Hăsnășenii Noi, raionul Drochia. Lucrarea reprezintă modul cel mai precis și rapid de a analiza, cerceta, și realiza procesul de delimitare, de asemenea și modalitatea de a înregistra listele bunurilor imobile delimitate în Registrul Bunurilor Imobile. Analiza respectivă are ca ideie de bază modalitatea de a delimita bunurile din cadrul proprietății publice și importanța de a proteja dreptul de proprietate a acestora ca ulterior să fie gestionate în mod eficient și rațional pe viitor. Ea este analizată și formulată de către masteranda Rotarenco Adriana, fiind structurată în trei capitole principale inclusiv concluziile generale necesare. Pentru explicitatea și înțelegerea cît mai profundă și ușoară, sunt prezentate atât imagini, cât și tabele, cu posibilitatea de a verifica validitatea informație accesând bibliografia corespunzătoare subiectului de delimitare masivă. Unul din pașii esențiali la realizarea acestui proiect de delimitare masivă a bunurilor proprietate publică, reprezintă materialele inițiale expuse inginerului pentru prelucrarea datelor colectate din teren. Acesta va avea nevoie să perfecteze datele cu caracter fotografic, adică ortofotoplanele, de asemenea va trebui să facă o comparație cu datele raster existente și să reprezinte cât mai exact posibil, toate bunurile de pe ortofotoplane cu cele de pe hărțile digitale liniare. Astfel în urma parcurgerii unui proces lung și complicat, putem să realizăm ultimul pas de a înregistra în baza de date a cadastrului toate materialele obținute, și să le putem gestiona ulterior corespunzător fiecărei entități la care aparțin.

This work constitutes a theoretical and practical research based on real and precise

materials, of the procedure for the implementation of the massive delimitation works of the public property in the borders of the village of Hasnășenii Noi, Drochia district. The work represents the

most accurate and fast way to analyze, research, and carry out the delimitation process, as well as the way to register the lists of delimited immovable assets in the Immovable Assets Register. That analysis has as its basic idea the way to delimit the goods within the public property and the importance of protecting their ownership so that they can be managed efficiently and rationally in the future. It is analyzed and formulated by the Rotarenco master's student Adriana, being structured in three main chapters including the necessary general conclusions. For clarity and the deepest and easiest understanding, both images and tables are presented, with the possibility of checking the validity of the information by accessing the bibliography corresponding to the subject of massive delimitation. One of the essential steps in the realization of this project of massive delimitation of public property, represents the initial materials exposed to the engineer for the processing of the data collected from the field. He will need to perfect the photographic data, i.e. the orthophotoplanes, he will also need to make a comparison with the existing raster data and represent as accurately as possible all the goods on the orthophotoplanes with those on the digital linear maps. Thus, after going through a long and complicated process, we can take the last step of registering in the cadastre database all the materials obtained, and we can later manage them according to each entity to which they belong.
